After 10 years of working in the live music industry, learning about tour logistics, technical production, and merchandise sales, Yolandi Du Toit and her team has developed a love for working with creatives and acquired a significant knowledge of the business we call show. She understands that, in all aspects of putting on a show, a tour or even a campaign strategy, attention-to-detail is key to success. From handling boring admin, to navigating social media mechanics, to dealing with venues, festivals and corporate events, Yolandi has earned the name of “Unicorn of the SA Music Industry” because of her magical approach to everything and everyone.

LIVE SHOWS
We understand the importance of live shows – getting to fans, in person, on stage, making that magic. We have relationships in place with a magnitude of venue owners and promoters, specialising in a variety of venues and festivals. We also understand the strain the Covid 19 restrictions has placed on the industry and work accordingly to be responsible and selective in our bookings. Where you go, we go, making sure we nurture these relationships and keep our finger on the pulse when it comes to ticket sales, merchandise sales, late night recons etc. Tour management is an essential part of the service we offer.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
We could be a part of your team, or completely manage your social media presence. From regular posting, following algorithm trends to increase and maintain organic reach to promotion of gigs for specific audiences. We can maintain it all. We can also assist with content creation to manage launch-campaigns for single, album or video releases.
MERCHANDISING
Merchandise is a VALUABLE revenue stream.
We are equipped to assist in every process of the merchandise journey. From concept design to money in your pocket, we are there every step of the way. We work closely with a JHB based screen printer who can fulfil your every need and courier your stock nation wide.
We work with as much locally sourced fabrics and merchandise units as possible, promoting a responsible product chain from manufacturer to fan.
