The Narrow are one of South Africa's most respected rock bands, known for their powerful blend of alternative rock, post grunge energy, and emotionally charged songwriting. 

Formed in Pretoria in 2002 by Emile de Jong, Hanu de Jong, Jow Feldtmann, Nelius de Lange, and Andre "Sid" Stoltz, the band quickly established themselves as a force in the local rock scene with their acclaimed debut album, Self Conscious, which earned a South African Music Award nomination.

Over the years, The Narrow have built a loyal following through relentless touring and a catalogue of iconic songs, including "Lonely Lonely", "Dangerous", "Oblivion", "Supernova", and "Jumper". Their raw intensity, memorable melodies, and honest lyricism have made them one of the defining bands of modern South African rock.

More than two decades after their formation, The Narrow continue to evolve and create new music, with recent releases such as "Dangerous", "Dying Heart", and "Euphoria" reaffirming their place at the forefront of the genre.
